In Timothy Ramthun’s “Let There Be Light #5” report, it is noted that Judge Bohren ruled that absentee drop boxes and ballot harvesting are not permitted by state law and that the Wisconsin Election Commission’s (WEC) guidance documents (about drop boxes) should have been handled by the legislative rules process, not WEC. During the 2020 election, 28.7% of the Wisconsin municipal clerks used the illegal drop boxes.
WEC has authority to enforce existing law but not to create election law. At the time of the 2020 November election, Sen. Fitzgerald and Speaker Vos approved the use of these drop boxes. This does not meet due process requirements from the full legislative body.
Funding from the Center for Tech and Civic Life (CTCL) was used to purchase and distribute the 500 illegal drop boxes. The drop box effort was organized by the Cybersecurity and Infrastructure Security Agency (CISA). (Note that CISA is a government agency that connects with stakeholders in industry to understand, manage, and reduce risk to our cyber and physical infrastructure) Throughout the USA, CISA worked with CTCL and CEIR (Center for Election Innovation and Research) on election issues.
CISA also worked with the National Conference of State Legislatures (NCSL) which promoted the drop boxes. At the time of the Nov. 2020 election, WI State Assembly Robin Vos was president of the NCSL Also the Dir. For WI Legislative Council (LC), Anne Sappenfield, is a member of the NCSL executive committee.
Speaker Vos promoted the drop boxes and declared after the election that the election was totally fair and legal. Vos’s motives are now a concern. After Vos’s attempts to remove Rep. Ramthun’s staff, there is an effort across Wisconsin demanding the Speaker Vos’ resignation for unethical use of power and potentially illegal use of his position.

Does Your School District Need a Sex Club?
I was disgusted reading the Nov. 10, 2021 issue of Trempealeau County Times to learn about the sex club being considered in the nearby Independence School District.
As a retired teacher who has taught Jr. High all my teaching career, I realize the trying times teenagers experience. Many of us adults can recall when we were young and the feelings of not fitting in with others. Imagine me as an extremely shy senior in high school standing 4-’8” tall and weighing 85 pounds. I relied on my family to give me self-confidence.
I do not believe that students in your school district need protection from their families or fellow students at school. Instead of pulling children away from their families, the school should be working to strengthen the family unit.
If students aren’t sure whether they are boys or girls, they can check their birth certificates to see how God made them.

There is no doubt that Aaron Rodgers is a great football player. He is not however a scientist or a doctor. Please do not take your medical advice about COVID and vaccinations from a football player. He is speaking for himself as a healthy person, he is not thinking about others who may be impacted by what he says. Aaron Rodgers has likely not been in the ICUs when fathers or mothers of young children die of COVID, when grandparents die, when much loved spouses die. Yes, many of them have comorbidities and yes they were working hard to treat and live beyond their cancer or live between their 50s or 60s. When someone gave them COVID, their hard work came to naught due to this virus. . .a virus that takes too many people who are loved by their children, their spouses, their parents, their grandchildren. Please think of the spouse who cries about the loss of her wonderful husband. Think about the now widowed mother of a three-year-old. If we didn’t give them Covid those much-loved people would likely be alive.

Primary elections for local government positions will be held on TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 15. To find out if your community has a spring primary election please go to: MyVote.wi.gov. Primary election races typically are for municipal, county board, and school board positions. More information about these elections will be provided on your county’s website, in your local newspaper, and on the MyVote.wi.gov website closer to the election. Please note, not all municipalities have a spring primary election.
Do you need to register to vote, check your registration or request an absentee ballot? Then you can do either of the following: go online to MyVote.wi.gov or go in person to your local clerk’s office. You will need to provide accepted proof of where you live in order to register and you will need an accepted ID in order to cast your vote. More information about what is “acceptable proof” can be found at: BringIt.wi.gov.
Did you know that you can request absentee ballots for the entire 2022 year? Yes! It is highly recommended that you request your absentee ballots to be sent to you. Please keep in mind that absentee ballots should be requested and returned without delay to make sure they meet their deadlines to be counted.
Voting is how you can make your voice heard!

I’m wondering what this world is coming to. If you want to get sick sit in a doctors waiting room, go to hospital you have good chance of dying. Covid is all you hear, daily up dates, wonder why don’t hear about auto accidents daily, but no vaccine for that. Childhood vaccines helped you not get whatever it was. This you still get minor or no symptoms so you can still spread it. AND YES the vaccinated are the ones spreading Covid because they think they can run all over the country.
World leaders talk about over population guess they found a way to depopulate.
Another thing is food insecurity. Go to the grocery store. Is there not food there. My take on that is people have their priorities mixed up. They are more than willing to spend money on electronic crap than on food.
Growing up I don’t recall hearing about soup kitchens or food pantries.
Now days if you can get free or cheap food that’s where and what people do.
China released the virus so why don’t people boycott the electronics from there. Fat chance of that happening.
