Letter to the Editor.
Every day I spend at least a couple hours reading/listening to news articles. I used this information to form my opinion that the ICE Dominion machines (and other brands too) are potentially vulnerable to hacking. I have read the news articles from the following experts:
1. Karen McKim (former auditor for the WI Elections Commission) in a letter to the WEC stated that there were “serious flaws with the Dominion Image Cast Evolution (ICE) voting machines.
2. National Security Agency (NSA) whistleblower J. Kirk Wiebe discussed the massive vote tampering that took place in the 2020 presidential election.
3. Andrew Appel (Princeton University computer science professor) said “whoever programs the computer, decides what election results.”
4. Russell James Ramsland, Jr. (Allied Security Operations Group) conducted an audit. It is reported in the audit that “the Dominion Voting System is intentionally and purposely designed with inherent errors to create fraud and influence election results.”
5. Misty Martin demonstrates how the machines work and at which points the ballot system is vulnerable.
6. J. Alex Halderman, Computer Scientist of the U of Michigan ran a “mock” election to show how the machines can be manipulated.
7. Samir Kapuria (Senior VP of Cyber Security Symantec) gives a demonstration as to how an electronic voting machine could be hacked and manipulated.
8. Dr. Navid Keshavarz (numerous Masters and Bachelor’s degrees in computer engineering, etc.) discovered major vulnerabilities in voting machines that are vulnerable to data manipulation buy unauthorized means.
9. Dr. Shiva Ayyadural (mathematician scientist) teamed up with software engineers Bennie Smith and Phil Evans
10. CEO Patrick Byrne started EveryLegalVote.com.
11. Federal Election Commissioner Ch. Trey Trainor – opinion about large number of affidavits
12. Texas Lt. Gov Dan Patrick and Attorney General Ken Paxton don’t have confidence in Dominion machines. Texas has rejected using Dominion Voting Machines until 2019 Texas Election Board certified 2 very specific machines (Neither model is what Dunn County is purchasing)
13. Douglas W. Jones (a computer scientist at the University of Iowa and co-author of the book Broken Ballots) – Although the technology used in voting continues to evolve, it remains vulnerable to both malicious and unintentional errors. To protect the systems against both, explains Jones, election officials need to be able to check and double-check the election’s results.
14. Stanford Study: David Dill: Why Online Voting Is a Danger to Democracy
15. The Amistad Project of the non-partisan Thomas More Society, an election integrity watchdog group, released a massive, 1,400-page super-appendix detailing extensive evidence of lawlessness allowing ballot and voter fraud affecting the election results in five key swing states.
Can all these people be conspiracy theorists? Can everything that they say be false? I have accumulated news articles into a 20 page report. I will share this report with whoever wants to read it.
The other thing that I want to point out is that recently, on January 20th, a judge ruled that Maricopa County (Arizona) can do a forensic audit of the voting machines and voting records used in the November election. After this audit started, the Arizona Election Commission hired another firm to broaden the audit. Maricopa used Dominion Democracy Suite 5.5 B machines in this Election. Once the audit has been completed, we will find out one way or the other.
I am not convinced that there was a manipulation of the voting machines but I would like to hear explanations as to why there were certain irregularities and what caused them. For those who were recording minute-by-minute voting totals all over the country on a supercomputer, how can one candidate loose hundreds of votes in a few seconds? Once a vote is cast, the voter can’t un-cast it. Some results showed up to the tenth of a vote. Each vote is one – a whole number. How do you come out with votes in tenths? That is just a couple of the questions I would like answered. My goal is election integrity.
The other thing that I have an issue with is the fact that I wished that there would have been an opportunity for public input prior to purchasing the voting machines so that our concerns would have been addressed. Shouldn’t we have a voice if they are using tax payers money to purchase the machine?
