FLAMES consumed this minivan at a residence in the Village of Downing Saturday, August 15. The Glenwood City Fire Department was paged to 506 Wilson Street in Downing shortly before 10:00 a.m. for a car fire and arrived on scene to find the vehicle, owned by Amy Steies, fully engulfed in flames.
