Vote NO!

Dunn Rural Electric Cooperative is a local cooperative business. It is one of the few remaining businesses whose offices are local and very responsive to our requests. We, the service users, are the owners. 

The annual meeting is Saturday, March 17 at noon, at Off Broadway in Menomonie. 

You are being asked to approve three changes to the bylaws that reduce local control.  I suggest voting “No” to each of them. The current bylaws work quite well. Apparently the insurance company and the lawyer think changes are in order.  

You can mail or deliver your ballot to the business office or bring it to the annual meeting on Saturday.   If you have not read the bylaw changes or voted yet, you have a lot of company.  Vote no now.
