Dear Editor,
As we come to the end of the opening statements, in the impeachment trial of President Donald Trump, I would like to point out the televised coverage by CNN and MSNBC: During the opening statements by the Democrats, I had no problem finding coverage of their comments. It is quite different with the Republican defense statements.
During the defense statements, CNN and MSNBC televised numerous interviews. I did not find live coverage of the defense statements.
In my opinion, this omission of coverage constitutes misinformation – a lie.
We depend on all media to give us the information on which we base our votes.
How can we make informed decisions on incomplete, unbiased information?
