Dear Editor,

The article in the July 16th edition featuring a $50,000 grant for Tiffany Elementary has me a little confused, that may be easy to do. It appears that it is a very expensive “Show and Tell” program.

 My question is, “Where does this $50,000 show up in a better education for the kids”? How is this money dispersed and to whom are the checks written. Once the Boyceville system guides the surrounding districts in obtaining this grant, how will they spend the money? I’m just curious.
