I’m writing this letter to let you and the public know what the St. Croix Co. American Legion is doing for our kids.

For 38 years we’ve had a golf tournament to raise money for our kids.

To let people know how they can help, sponsor a hole for $100.00 or several sponsors a hole for $25.00 a piece, or door prizes for our golfers. This is where we make our money, every cent goes to the kids, no wages, no mileage, no meals, all Legion Posts are active. If you would like to donate, call your Legion commander, every bit helps, or call 715-796-3585 Hammond.

Money goes to: 1) Co. 414; 2) St. Croix Shrine; 3) Family Resource Center; 4) Sheriff’s Dept.; 5) Special Olympics; 6) Girl Scouts; 7) Stop Drug; 8) Legion Scholarship; 8) Trereleanlo Boy State; 10) New Richmond for baseball team; 11) Baldwin Baseball Team; 12) District Atty. Drug Calendar Contest; 13) Boy Scouts; 14) Hudson Baseball team; 15) United Way $1000, 400 chicken to the food shelves; 16) American Flags to organizations.
