Taylor Meyer, Colfax High School graduate and salutatorian of the Class of 2019, has been awarded the Truax-Johnson scholarship.

The scholarship is $4,000 and renewable for four years.

Meyer plans to attend UW-Eau Claire this fall and to major in biology.

Taylor is the daughter of Tim and Doris Meyer of Colfax.
