GLENWOOD CITY — Glenwood City was once again the cream of the crop at its own John Timm Duals Invitational held last Friday evening, December 6.
In a dominate performance that kicked off their 2024-25 wrestling season, the Hilltoppers captured the John Timm title for the third consecutive year.
“The men in stripes had their first competition of the year last night when we hosted our annual John Timm Duals. The kids wrestled very well finishing 5-0 on the night,” wrote Glenwood City head coach, Shane Strong, on the program’s Facebook page.
“We also picked up several JV wins from our JV team. We are very proud of our kids and program for the time and effort they put in to reach their full potential,” he added.
