First of all, I just would like to say the Packer Game was more that entertaining on Sunday!! Who would have thought that Mason Crosby would have missed 3 field goals in a row after making 25 straight before Sunday’s game??? It sure was a nail biter!!!! Maybe that’s why Crosby has a head of gray hair!!!! Hell of a game if you were a Packer Fan!!
The Seniors Last Thursday afternoon put on quite the show as there were some great split conversions. Lyle Myers picked up the very tough 2-7-10 split, while Brad Berends picked up the 4-6 split. Joe Walz somehow made the 2-4-8-10 split, and Charlie Frieburg missed the 5-7-10 by an eyelash!!! Charlie knocked down the 5-10!! I saw Gail Quinn pick-up the 5-7-10 many years ago on the Wednesday afternoon league. (Think about that one!!).
Brian Casey was close to that magic “700” club on the Sunday night mixed league. Casey put up a 258 game along with a 669 series.

They want to remove the word “Mom” and replace it with “birthing people.” We live in, no lie, the stupidest decade that has been since time!!
Simpsons Story
A terrific explosion occurs in a gunpowder factory, and once all the mess has been cleared up, and inquiry begins.
One of the few survivors is pulled up to make a statement. “Okay Simpson,” says the investigator, “you were near the scene, what happened?”
“Well, it’s like this. Old Charley Higgins was in the mixing room, and I saw him take a cigarette out of his pocket and light up.”
“He was smoking in the mixing room?” the investigator said in stunned horror. “How long had he been with the company?”
“About 20 years, sir’
“20 years in the company, then he goes and strikes a match in the mixing room, I’d have thought it would have been the last thing he’d have done.”
“It was, sir.”
Being Nervous
Patient 1: “Why did you run away from the operation table?”
Patient 2: “The nurse was repeatedly saying ‘Don’t get nervous’, ‘Don’t be afraid’, ‘Be strong’, ‘This is a small operation only’, things like that! ”
Patient 1: “So what was wrong in that? Why were you so afraid?”
Patient 2: “She was talking to the surgeon!”
