Mexican citizen charged with illegally reentering U.S.

A 41-year-old Mexican citizen was found in Chippewa Falls, Wisconsin on September 11, after he had been previously deported.

Jose Sanchez, also known as Edgar Christobal Mata Soto is charged with illegally reentering the United States after he was deported.

If convicted, Sanchez faces a maximum penalty of two years in federal prison.
