HUDSON — A 22-year old Minnesota man is dead after he struck a semi tractor-trailer that was parked on the shoulder of westbound  Interstate 94 near Hudson.

Dustin Leonard Kadlec of Woodbury, MN was killed when the 2000 Oldsmobile Intrigue he was driving suddenly veered onto the shoulder and collided with the rear trailer that was parked on the shoulder near the I-94 westbound mile marker 1.5 in St. Croix County.
