GLENWOOD CITY — A recount was held in the Town of Glenwood after the April 2 elections showed just a four vote difference between current incumbent Joe Draxler and candidate Mark Maes.

Maes petitioned for the recount, which was then held last Tuesday, April 9. Maes was present during the entire recount.

The votes were re-tallied and the numbers remained the same with Draxler at 118 total votes and Maes with 114 total votes.
