Registration for Colfax summer baseball, softball, t-ball, and pitchball will take place at the times of parent-teacher conferences (February 26th from 4:00-7:30 and February 27th from 8:00-11:30).

HAYWARD — The Colfax-Bloomer wrestling team came close but were one match away from winning their final dual meet of the season, dropping a 42-40 decision at home to Hayward Feb. 3.

Competing in their only home meet held in Colfax this season, the Colfax-Bloomer wrestling team dropped a 45-25 match against Superior Jan. 27 as C-B grappler Brady Simonson won his 100th career match with a pin. Two days later, the team traveled to Barron and saw pretty much the same result, losing 46-26 to Barron.

The Colfax Varsity Dance Team competed on January 31, 2015 at New Richmond High School in the WACPC Western Regional Dance Competition.

The Colfax boys had another busy week with three games, resulting in a 47-41 loss at Fall Creek Jan. 27, a 46-42 come from behind win at home against conference foe Spring Valley two days later, then ended the week on a sour note by getting crushed by Chippewa Falls McDonell in yet another Saturday…

After a slow start offensively,  the Colfax girls used their always tight defense to keep them in the game and finally pulled away for a 45-36 non-conference win over  Bloomer on the Blackhawks home court Jan. 27.

SHELL LAKE — Led by a runner up finish from Brady Simonson, the Colfax-Bloomer wrestling team, competing with only nine wrestlers, placed sixth of eight teams at the Shell Lake Challenge Jan. 24.

Trying to find talented teams for non-conference games to help make themselves stronger, the Colfax Vikings definitely found one of those teams when they traveled to Eau Claire Regis Monday, Jan. 19. By virtue of nine three point shots and a stifling defense, Colfax came out on top of the number 10 ranked Ramblers 49-41.…
