By Kelsie Hoitomt The Glenwood City baseball team played two games recently. They played last Friday, May 10 in Elmwood and then were finally able to host their first game of the season on Monday, May 13 against Pepin/Alma.

The Colfax golf team took advantage of the nice weather and played two rounds of nine holes at St. Croix Central May 6, then played in the wind and rain at Spring Valley May 9. In between these matches, three golfers competed in Siren May 8.

After  a pair of losses to Elk Mound the day before, the Colfax baseball team bounced back quite nicely with a 19-8 win against St. Croix Central on the Panthers home field May 7, then made it two wins in a row when they stayed on the road and beat Bloomer 10-4 May 10.
