Off-peak lane closures on I-94 in St. Croix and Dunn counties
Motorists on a segment of I-94 can expect off-peak lane closures starting next week and continuing into May as finishing work on an 8.4-mile project between WIS 128 in St. Croix County and 250th Street in Dunn County is completed.
Finishing work includes grinding the concrete lanes to create a smoother ride, completing restoration work and installing cable barrier, guardrail and pavement markings. It is part of a $57.5 million project that started in March 2019 and included removing and replacing the concrete pavement and six bridges.
