GLENWOOD CITY — Here at the Glenwood City Senior Center, located in the Community Center, we do many fun things. Bingo is played Monday thru Thursday at 10:00. Ladies Coffee Group meets at 9:00 Monday thru Wednesday. Men’s Coffee Group meets at 9:00 Monday thru Thursday.  Seniors who live in the surrounding areas, Connorsville, Boyceville, Wheeler and such are also very welcome here. In fact, any senior citizen in our great America is welcome at any senior center in America!

Our daily dinner is served at 11:30 Monday thru Thursday. If you would like to join us for a meal, please call 715-265-7242 before 12:45 the day before you wish to eat with us. The Nutrition Program is part of the ADRC of St. Croix County. The ADRC has many wonderful things to offer Seniors and the disabled of this beautiful county we live in. I can send you information of what is available. Besides congregate and homebound (Meals on Wheels) meals we have Elder Benefits specialists, Disability Benefits specialists,  Dementia Care specialists, Caregiver Support, and Transportation are  a few of what the ADRC has to offer. Contact me, Monday thru Thursday from 9:00 to 11:15, and from 12:00 to 1:15.  I will get you to the correct person for your needs or supply you with printed information.

Please stop by and have coffee and goodies from 9-11:30 a.m. and check us out. I would like to meet every Senior Citizen in the area and would like very much for everyone to enjoy the fun, socialization and just plain friendliness of ‘my’ wonderful Senior Citizens who come to the Center.
