Boyceville FFA Celebrates National FFA Week
BOYCEVILLE — Each February, FFA members across the nation celebrate National FFA Week.
It’s a time to share what FFA is and the impact it has on members every day. National FFA Week always runs Saturday to Saturday and encompasses February 22nd, George Washington’s birthday. This year the celebration ran from February 19-26th.
Boyceville FFA members and alumni kicked off FFA week by hosting a pancake breakfast on Sunday, February 20th at the Boyceville Community Center. Nearly 100 community members and supporters came out to enjoy a breakfast cooked by alumni members! Casey Denk, Section 2 Wisconsin FFA State Vice President, was also able to join us for the breakfast!
Students were able to participate in many other activities throughout the week such as dress up days, National Day of Service food drive, ag literacy day at Tiffany Creek Elementary, chicken bingo, truck judging, ice cream treats at lunch and ag Olympics.
