COLFAX SENIOR Emilee Burcham-Scofield (front center) signed a national letter of intent to play basketball next year at Division 3 Luther College in Decorah, Iowa. The signing event was held Friday afternoon, February 18 in high school gym. The event was well attended and included Burcham-Scofield’s parents, fellow students, teachers, teammates, and coaches. The pep band played and her coach Courtney Sarauer and athletic director Michael Hodel both spoke at the signing ceremony. Burcham-Scofield also had offers to play at Mount Mary College (an all-womens school) and Alverno College both located in the Milwaukee area and Northland College in Ashland.
