DUNN STREET — Work is progressing on the Dunn Street project in Colfax. At an estimated cost of $87,500 for engineering fees and construction, the project involves 215 feet of sanitary sewer extension and pavement reconstruction but does not include water main or storm sewer. If the proposed Tax Increment Finance District 5 is formed, additional work could be completed on Dunn Street next year, which would allow additional residential construction to occur in the village’s East View development. —photo by LeAnn R.
