2nd Annual Silk Flower Extravaganza in Boyceville
BOYCEVILLE — Come help the needy in our community by attending our 2nd annual silk floral sale! Mission Restoring Hope offers unique and affordable floral arrangements that can brighten up any space, while also raising funds for a worthy cause.
Our silk floral sale is the only one of its kind in the area and we have a wide variety of well-made items including hanging baskets, Memorial flowers, house plants, fairy gardens, Mother’s Day gifts and more.
The proceeds from the sale will be used to support Mission Restoring Hope and its mission to assist those in need in the community. Your donations of pre-owned clothing, housewares, and essential items, help support families struggling from economic hardship or natural disaster. By providing for basic needs, the organization hopes to allow families in crisis to direct their monetary resources towards essential items like housing and utilities.
The Spring Floral Fundraiser is set to be held on Main Street in Boyceville, WI. The dates are: Thursday, April 25th, 3 p.m.-7 p.m., Friday, April 26th, 11 a.m.-7 p.m., and Sunday, April 27th, 9 a.m.-1 p.m.
Think of the benefits these arrangements have to offer. No watering, the deer do not eat these, and they look great all season long. Plus they are a great investment since if stored over winter may last you more than one year of beauty! Come and check out what we have to offer or order something special to be made.
Coming soon, Mission Restoring Hope is expanding its services to include a thrift store opening the first weekend of May in Wheeler, WI. Peace Mission Thrift Store is a collaboration Between Mission Restoring Hope and Peace United Methodist Church which will offer items we receive that do not fall into the emergent need aspect of our mission. These items will be sold at low-cost to help families make ends meet in our area.
To donate items, we are open on Saturday mornings 8:30-11 a.m. at 8001 Main Street Boyceville for drop offs or contact us for more information. Call Doreen at 715-505-1621 or visit our website: missionrestoringhope.org or join their Facebook page.
