21st Annual Boyceville community “Spirit of Christmas” set for Saturday, December 10

BOYCEVILLE    The 21st Annual Boyceville “Spirit of Christmas” will be held Saturday, December 10.

The “Best Decorated Home” and the “Best Decorated Business” will be judged Friday evening at 7 p.m.

The Golden Ornament Treasure Hunt features a prize of $100. Clues are posted on the Boyceville Community Action Club’s Facebook page.

A silent auction, lefse and bake sale is scheduled at Trinity Lutheran Church from 9 a.m. to 3 p.m.

A craft and vendor sale runs from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. at Tiffany Creek Elementary.

Bingo at Buck-Shot’s Bar begins at 2 p.m.

A chili feed will be held near the Boyceville Community Ambulance Service station from 3 p.m. to 6 p.m. Free-will donations will be accepted.

The Boyceville Public Library will feature “Christmas Central” where you can meet Santa and Mrs. Claus in the library’s community room.

Christmas stories and activities, Lovelight Lantern sales, cookies and hot cocoa will be available at the library as well.

Boyceville United Methodist Church will hold a bonfire with S’mores.

The celebration on Main Street in Boyceville begins at 4:30 p.m. with the Live Nativity Scene sponsored by the Boyceville Ministerial Association.

At 5 p.m., the lighting of the Community Christmas Tree and the Lovelight Lantern release will take place.

The Christmas tree is compliments of Conklin Tree Farm.

The Lighted Holiday Parade will begin at 5:30 p.m.
