Steven John Zachman, 45 years of age, from Colfax has been arrested by the Wisconsin StatePatrol Eau Claire Post for operating a motor vehicle under the influence, 6th offense.
On February 27, 2022 at approximately 02:07, a Wisconsin State Patrol Trooper conducted a trafficstop on Hwy 312 at Losan Ave. for a speed violation. A subsequent investigation was conducted on the driver of the vehicle. The driver was arrested for operating a motor vehicle while under the influence (drugged driving) 6th offense, possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia. The driver was transported to a local hospital for an evidentiary test of his blood and then to the Eau Claire County Jail.
