COLFAX — Four candidates have filed nomination papers for two positions in the April 5 election on the Colfax Board of Education, and three incumbents have filed nomination papers for three positions on the Colfax Village Board.
Incumbents Todd A. Kragness and Andrew J. De Moe filed nomination papers by the January 4 deadline for positions on the Colfax Board of Education.
Kragness currently serves as the school board president.
De Moe currently serves as the school board clerk.
Challengers Matt Flatland and Tom Hendrickson also filed nomination papers for the Colfax Board of Education by the January 4 deadline.
Village board
Three incumbents on the Colfax Village Board filed nomination papers with the village clerk’s office for three positions that will be up for election April 5.
Carey Davis, Anne Jenson and Gary Stene all filed nomination papers by the January 4 deadline.
