AFTER A ONE-YEAR hiatus due to COVID-19, Boyceville’s Ministerial Association once again reprised its popular Live Nativity Scene during this year’s “Spirit of Christmas” community celebration held Saturday, December 11. It was the organization’s 20th annual re-enactment of the birth of Jesus Christ which drew a large audience to witness the event. The 2021 Live Nativity cast and crew, pictured above in no particular order, included Levi and Marki Wolf (Joseph and Mary), Garrett Wolf (Baby Jesus), Charlie and Skyler Hall (angels), Jaxin Olson and Charlie Bogie (shepherds), Pastor Kevin Hagen, Nick Adams and Marik Ebensperger (wise men), Pastor Steve Boyd (Caesar) and Pastor Vicky Strupp and Katie Wagner (narrators). LIVE NATIVITY — “Christmas in the Barn” was presented by Holy Cross Lutheran Church Saturday and Sunday, December 4 and 5 on the rural Glenwood City farm of Dean and Jennifer Teigen.
