SPRING CONCERT — Because of the COVID-19 pandemic, members of the Colfax High School band, choir and jazz band held their only live concert this year on April 15 in the Colfax High School gymnasium. In this photograph, the high school choir is performing “Life is a Highway” (from CARS). Other musical selections included “Can’t Buy Me Love,” “That Lonesome Road,” “Shosholoza” (South African work song), “What is This Feeling” (from the musical “Wicked”), “Bright Side of Life” (from Monty Python’s “Spamalot”) and “The Impossible Dream” (from “Man of La Mancha”).
