SCC postpones discussion communicable disease ordinance

At this time, St. Croix County has decided to postpone discussion and consideration of the Communicable Disease Ordinance. Here is the official statement:

The St. Croix County Health and Human Services (HHS) Board has decided to postpone discussion and consideration of the Communicable Disease Ordinance. We have seen a lot of interest from residents wanting to participate in public comment. With the limited space and ability to safely accommodate a large crowd, we have decided to cancel the September 16 HHS Board Meeting. We want to ensure the safety of everyone who wishes to share public comment, our board members, and all others in attendance. We will provide more information if or when the Communicable Disease Ordinance is up for further consideration.

We understand St. Croix County residents may still have questions or comments about the Communicable Disease Ordinance and COVID-19. For this reason, we will leave the Communicable Disease Ordinance and COVID-19 Survey open. The survey and information about the ordinance can be found on the St. Croix County website.
