RAIL RIDE — This 4-door Ford sedan received heavy damage after crashing and coming to rest on the railroad bed of the Canadian National Railway along State Road 170. The accident occurred about one mile east of Wheeler around 12:30 p.m. Thursday, July 23. The female driver, who has not been identified by authorities because the incident is now a criminal case, was arrested. The accident is currently under investigation by the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office and Canadian National Railway. The Colfax Fire Department also responded to the scene.
