Destination Imagination GCMS and Elementary

OWL LET YOU KNOW — This Glenwood City Middle School Destination Imagination team completed a service learning project they called “Project Bedtime”. The three-member sqaud took first place at the regional tournament held in Osecola on Saturday, March 7 and qualified for the state tournament for a second straight year. Unfortunately, the State Competition, which had been set for April 18, was cancelled due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The group collected donations and were able to make 30 blankets as well as collect over 30 books and slipper socks to donate to Gillette Children’s Specialty Healthcare.
