Body of missing Dunn County woman found in wooded area

The search for a missing Dunn County woman has come to a tragic conclusion.
The Dunn County Sheriff’s Office confirmed last Friday, November 22 that a body found in a wooded area near the Chippewa River in Dunn County is that of Robynn Bridges, who had been the subject of a missing-person investigation for the past week.
Bridges was last seen November 12 near the Chippewa River in Dunn County along Highway C according to the sheriff’s office.
Her vehicle was discovered in that area on November 14.
During a search of the area where Bridges was last seen, cadaver dogs with Northstar Search and Rescue discovered the body of an adult female in a wooded area near the Chippewa River.
An autopsy confirmed the body was that of Robynn Bridges.
The sheriff’s office said that there are no indications of foul play but are awaiting a toxicology report and a final autopsy report.
The investigation is ongoing by the Dunn County Sheriff’s Office and the Dunn County Medical Examiner’s office.
