COLFAX — In their first triangular at home, the Colfax Lady Vikes volleyball team went 1-1 with a win over Clayton and a loss to a tough Ellsworth team.

In their second match of the evening, Colfax went against Clayton and swept the Bears in two sets by score of 25-12 and 25-16.
Ellsworth won the triangular as they went undefeated while Clayton lost both of their match ups.
Sam Pretasky led the Vikings in kills with 19, followed by Kameri Meredith and Rachel Scharlau both of which had 12 kills apiece.
Meredith also led the offense with 30 digs, while Jozie Buchanan had 40 assists. Buchanan and Taylor Irwin each had four aces as well.
Colfax will travel to Hudson on Saturday morning, September 14, for an invitational and will host their second home match on Tuesday, September 17, against Somerset.
