Glenhaven Auxiliary meets April 2

On April 2, 2018 the Glenhaven Auxiliary met for a luncheon and brief meeting.

Members were informed of the luncheon coming up on Friday, April 27th at Grand Oaks. Motion was made to again add $250.00 prize money to the yearly raffle. Members were informed that $2,000.00 had been donated to Little Acorns Learning Center.

Suggestion was made to incorporate pictures into a scrapebook by Linda Zevenberger. Linda volunteered to take this over. 

Reminders of activities were made to include: Thursday activity day, Rustic Lore Pie Sale, November Bake Sale and baking on the 1st week of November for bake sale.

The auxiliary has volunteered to help with Little Acorns and it was suggested to have another Open House event in the fall similar to last years. Suggestion was tabled.

Entertainment suggestions were enlisted for the Care Tree. Possible purchase of newspaper subscriptions was discussed and tabled.

Next meeting set for Wednesday for June 13th at 10:30.
