Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce holds Excellence in Education Banquet April 11

The Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce held its 55th annual Excellence in Education Banquet, Wednesday April 11th, at Off Broadway Banquet and Conference Center in Menomonie Wisconsin.

This event honors the top 10% of graduating seniors and ‘Educator of the Year’ award recipients from Boyceville, Colfax, Elk Mound and Menomonie High Schools, as well as the University of Stout-Wisconsin. In addition, Phillips-Medisize was recognized as the ‘Business Friend of Education’ award recipient. The Menomonie Area Chamber of Commerce also showcased their scholarship award recipient, Sophie Voss, from Menomonie High School. 

BOYCEVILLE HIGH SCHOOL attendees were Educator of the Year award recipient Ben Simmerman, Jason Swanepoel, Haley Wold, Kylie Krueger, Hayley Bird, Principal Steve Glocke, Alexis Meixner and Nicole Drinkman. 

COLFAX HIGH SCHOOL attendees were Educator of the Year award recipient Kimberly Myers, Hailey Durand-Christianson, Mackenzie Jensen, Adam Pretasky, Marcus Reisdorf, Erika Brantner, Principal John Dachel, RyAnna Martinson and Leslie Ritenour. 

ELK MOUND HIGH SCHOOL attendees were Educator of the Year award recipient Sarah Jones, Madysen Borofka, Allison Lindquist, Ryan Mohr, Emily Bartig, Dylan Black, Principal Paul Weber, Aric Jensen, Alexis Schindler, Allie Weber, and Cassidy Yakesh.
