Glenhaven-Havenwood Happenings – 8-31-2016

Summer flew by as usual and it’s already the last week of August! Everyone will be going back to school soon and Rustic Lore will be here before you know it.

This week we started off with church on Sunday with Catholic communion in the morning and Grace Baptist church service in the afternoon.

The ever popular day of Monday was packed full of activities including exercises with Doris, manicures and baking club.

On Tuesday we all celebrated August birthdays with a party and sing-a-long with Jane and Friends.

Wednesday the residents will be able to head downtown for the Post Office re-dedication at 2:00 p.m. The Glenwood City Marching Hilltoppers will perform and our local representatives will also be on hand.

Bingo this week will be on Thursday and hosted by Forest Methodist Church at 2:00 p.m.

Our musical entertainment on Friday will be by Scott Beaumont starting at 2:00 p.m.
