Glenhaven-Havenwood Happenings – 2-3-2016

This week began with resident exercises led by Doris on Monday morning followed by the ever popular manicure session. After lunch and maybe a nap, the residents were then able to take part in quarter bingo.

On Tuesday we were led in church service by Trinity Lutheran which was then followed by our monthly Resident Council meeting. On Wednesday the Activity department will host bingo at 2:00 the upstairs lobby. On Thursday the Baking Club will be making Red Velvet puppy chow. On Saturday everyone is able to enjoy some music by Diane Petranovich starting at 2:00 p.m. Next week we look forward to church with Holy Cross on Tuesday, February 9th at 10:30 a.m. On Wednesday, February 10th there will be an Ash Wednesday service conducted by Holy Cross and our 2:00 p.m. bingo will be hosted by Holy Cross as well. On Thursday, February 11th residents and their sweethearts will be having lunch together in celebration of Valentine’s Day. Also that day we are having our Grand Opening for Grand Oaks which is located in the old Glenhaven building. Be sure to stop down any time from 3:30 p.m. to 6:30 p.m. to check out the newly renovating building! Our annual Glenhaven Royalty crowning will be held on Friday, February 12th at 2:00 p.m.
