Glenhaven-Havenwood Happenings – 1-27-2016

The residents and staff here at Glenhaven are dreaming of spring, especially with all of the freezing weather we’ve been having! Plant and seed magazines have been coming in and have the residents looking forward to planting season.

This week there was baking club on Monday and they made strawberry cheesecake trifle.

On Tuesday the residents enjoyed church service with United Methodist in the morning.  n the afternoon on Tuesday everyone joined in on the monthly birthday party celebration and sing-a-long with Jane and Friends.

As usual we will have bingo on Wednesday at 2:00 p.m. for the residents and St. John’s will be coming in to assist.

Thursday’s cooking club will be making chicken noodle soup this week.

On Saturday we will be entertained by Melody Moments at 2:00 p.m. Be sure to stop down if you would like to join us!

Next week we will be looking forward to having church on Tuesday, February 2nd at 10:30 a.m. and Resident Council at 11:00 a.m.

On Saturday, February 6th we will have Diane Petranovich here at 2:00 p.m. to show off her accordion skills.
