This year’s St. Croix County Fair is July 15th -19th. Entry day for all non-animal exhibits is Wednesday the 15th, while entry day for animal exhibits will be Thursday the 16th.
So whether you bake, sew, build, grow or train, entering an exhibit at a county fair is an exciting process. In 2014, almost $16,000 was awarded in cash premiums to St. Croix County youth and adults who entered their masterpiece for display. There are 18 different open class departments offered at the St. Croix County Fair, including a department for Senior Citizens. To enter your favorite exhibit in the St. Croix County Fair, a quick link has been set up on the Fair home page at www.stcroixcofair.com to the Open Class Fair Book and a link for online entry. Online entries are preferred; however, a paper version entry blank is available on page 125 of the Fair Book. All entries are due by June 17th. For more information about Open Class/Senior Citizen entries, please contact the Open Class Superintendent, Cindy Van Dyk at 715-246-5486.
