The Friends of the Glenwood City Public Library held a successful Bake Sale and Book Sale on February 13 and 14 at the library.  Funds raised will help the library, whose mission is to serve the community’s needs.

Everyone is welcome to attend the Friends’ meetings, which are held at the library, 127 Pine Street, the first Monday of the month at 6:30 p.m.

Individuals may also donate their time and talents on an as-needed basis.

The Friends anticipate future fundraisers, such as another Book Sale and Bake Sale planned for April 24 and 25.
