In remembrance of my father, Robert Tuttle who passed away 1 year ago on February 24th, 2014.

In Memory of a special Dad
I’m holding back the tears today
Remembering anew
Those wonderful and precious years
Spent happily with you.

It’s been one year since I said goodbye
Some days it’s hard to smile
But I think about your jokes, your laugh,
And that helps me for a while.

And I can’t think of anything
I wouldn’t give, to see
That loveable, familiar face
That meant so much to me.

Just to spend a day with you
And laugh with you again
For since you’ve been gone, Dad
I’m forever missing my friend.
