Krisha DeWitt weds Gonzalo Hidalgo

The Monona East Side Club was the setting of a double ring wedding that united Krisha Kay DeWitt and Gonzalo F. Reategui Hidalgo. The August 16th ceremony took place on the shore of Lake Monona with the Wisconsin State Capitol in the background.

Krisha is the daughter of Alex and Kris DeWitt and Rhonda DeWitt of Stoughton, Wisconsin and Gonzalo is the son of Blanca Hidalgo and Fernando Reategui of Madison, Wisconsin.

Pastor Antonio Cabello performed the marriage ceremony. Victoria Houliston, Maid of Honor attended the bride and the bridesmaids were Ericka Tattyana Reategui, sister of the groom, and Roza Soltani, Paige Sallinger and Cindy Palaszynski.

The best man was Dan Meyers, a friend of the groom and serving as groomsmen were Justin Brown, Tyler DeWitt, Charlie Campbell and Ross DeWitt.

The wedding reception was held in the East Side Club followed by a wedding dance. The couple traveled to northern Wisconsin for their honeymoon. They are making their home in Madison where the bride is employed at Independent Living as a program specialist and the groom recently graduated from MATC with a degree in massage therapy and is currently working at the deli at Woodman’s Foods.

Krisha is the granddaughter of Paula and Carlton DeWitt of Glenwood City and Kathy and Jim Knoebel of Hudson.
