Lady Bulldogs finish 4-3 in Fall Creek

FALL CREEK – The Boyceville volleyball team was in Fall Creek last Thursday, September 4 for a triangular against the Crickets themselves, the Owen-Withee Blackhawks and the Chetek-Weyerhaeuser Bulldogs.

The Lady Dogs finished 2-0 against the C-W Bulldogs with a final score of 25-11 and 25-22.

Against the Blackhawks, they battled in three sets with the first game a loss of 21-25. They bounced back and won 25-16 and then finished their last set 15-11.

The Crickets proved to be a challenge for the ladies. For the second time this season and that night, the Bulldogs lost. Their final match ended 17-25 and 16-25.

The Bulldogs were at home on Tuesday against Owen-Withee again. They will be back at home this Thursday (Sept. 11) for a triangular starting at 5:00 p.m.

They will be back at home again on Tuesday, September 16 for their first conference match, which is against Glenwood City at 7:00 p.m.
