The Ambassadors Music Ministry Team from the Association Free Lutheran Bible School in Minneapolis, MN, will present an inspirational concert at Christ the King Lutheran Church on Wednesday, July 30th at 7:00 p.m.
The Ambassadors feature Christian music ranging from traditional to contemporary. The 60-minute concert includes about 10 songs, two testimonies of faith, and a brief message.
Association Free Lutheran Bible School (AFLBS) is a two-year, college-level school of the Bible, which enrolled 115 students this past year. Founded in 1966, AFLBS takes college students through all 66 books of the Bible and trains them in ministry-related courses. The AFLBS campus is in suburban Plymouth, MN, about 15 minutes west of downtown Minneapolis.
The 2014 Ambassadors team members include: Elika Korhonen (Radcliffe, IA), Josh Hedstrom (Oxford, NE), Seth Moan (Corcoran, MN), Julia Erickson (Badger, MN), and Esther Johnson (Boyertown, PA).
The Ambassadors will travel for a total of 10 weeks this summer, traveling to the Pacific Northwest, Montana, Colorado, and several Midwest states, presenting concerts in congregations.
The concert is free. An offering will be taken for the ministry of AFLBS. Pastor Les Johnson and the congregation cordially invite the public to attend.
