How can I begin to express the overwhelming thanks we feel for the love and support you all have shown us in Dick’s passing.
The hugs, prayers, food, calls, flowers, cards, memorials, visits, etc. I am so grateful for my neighbor Dean Teigen and Jennie who keep my yard opened up in this winter of winters. Berends Sanitation is there for us big time also. Thanks also to the EMTs for your professionalism and your special caring and hugs. It was so comforting that I knew each of you. A special thank you to the chaplain at Baldwin hospital and to Pastor Brad Peterson at Trinity Lutheran. The WELCA group at Trinity did such a tremendous job of serving the food and furnishing a good share of it along with Ruth Hurtgen. Thank you Dean for all the help related to the funeral. You did a wonderful job. I have been and always will be grateful to my wonderful family and special family members Rita and Scott Buhr. Coffee Buddies of Dick – Downing/Norm’s Barbershop/Wheeler – thank you for the many chats/discussions/solving the world problems, even when he was not feeling well you included him and made him a part of the group. It meant a lot to him and also to me. Again our sincere thanks and God’s blessings to each of you. You have all been a very special part of our grieving process in helping us to get through the loss of a very speacial life.
