October Glenwood City police report

GLENWOOD CITY – The Glenwood City Police Department recorded five enforced-criminal reports and 17 enforced-traffic reports from October 1, 2013 through November 1, 2013.

Offenses labeled as “Criminal” were two Disorderly Conducts, one Election Fraud, one Resisting or Obstructing an Officer and one Possession of Marijuana.

Traffic offenses listed for the month were as follows:

2- Failure to stop/improper stop at stop sign

2- Operate motor vehicle w/o insurance

1- Non-registration

1- Operating w/o a valid driver’s license (1st violation)

1- Operating while suspended

1- Operating while revoked (rev due to alc/cont subst/refusal)

1- Operate vehicle w/o proof of insurance

1- Failure to obey traffic sign/signal

1- Passing in no-passing zone

1- Exceeding zones and posted limits: 11-15 MPH above limit

1- Operating while under the influence of an intoxicant, controlled substance or any other drug

1- Operating with a PAC of .08 or more (1st violation)

1- Unsafe backing of vehicle

1- Open intoxicants or nitrous oxide in MV (Driver)

1- Mandatory seatbelts required for driver
