Doors to the Rob Wyss Agency remain open for business

GLENWOOD CITY- It was in May of 2006 that the late Rob Wyss opened the doors to his own independent insurance company on Main Street in Glenwood City.

After his passing in July, his wife Kelly decided to keep his business legacy alive and she officially reopened the Rob Wyss Agency on October 1, 2013.

After seven years in Glenwood City, Rob had developed quite the clientele and Kelly felt that it was important to keep business with those loyal customers, which is why she continues to keep the agency open.

Because of this, Kelly took the time to become licensed in Property and Casualty Insurance and she is currently working on her certification in Life Insurance.

Kelly was previously employed as a Buyer for Nor-Lake, Inc. in Hudson for the past year and prior to that she worked as a Buyer in Minnesota for 27 years.

Due to her being new to the insurance business, Kelly hired area local, Jean Dalton who has been in the insurance business since 1992.

Dalton was previously with Bremer Insurance in Amery. She is fully licensed in Property/Casualty/Life Insurance as well.

Both Wyss and Dalton are now a part of the Rob Wyss Insurance Agency and they look forward to continuing to serve the many customers that Rob was so appreciative of.

The agency offers and services automobile, homeowners, life, farm and commercial insurance.
