The Glen Hills Chamber of Commerce will be hosting a fall progressive dinner this Saturday, October 26 that will feature wine and beer tasting.
The event, entitled “Spookfest”, is the an offshot of the Valentine’s Day progressive dinner event that the Chamber organized and sponsored back in February. The success of that first event inspired Chamber President Kathy Giles to organize another one for the fall.
“Spookfest” will feature five-course dining and a costume contest. The dinner will kickoff at 3:30 pm this Saturday with appetizers at the M& M Bar which will be served until 5:30 pm. Participants will then move to the Aaron and Lisa’s Boondocks for soups from 4:00 to 5:30 pm. The Fort Bar and Grill will have salads from 4:30 to 6:00 pm. The main course will be catered in at All That and More and will be available from 5:00 to 8:00 pm. The evening will culminate with desserts and live entertainment by “The Weekenders” at Leaker’s place form 5:30 pm until bar closing at 2:30 am.
Tickets are $25 per person and can be purchased at All That and More or by calling 715-265-3265. Please RSVP. Prizes will also be given for the scariest, funniest, and best costumes.
