GLENWOOD CITY’S CHRIS AND PENNY ROSEN competed in the annual cook-off at Ben’s Northern Bar in Luck on the weekend of September 21 where Chris earned first place honors in the Barbequed Ribs category. Penny’s homemade chili took second place. The day long event on Main Street featured judging on not only ribs and chili, but pork loins, sausage and chicken.
