Wilson Celebration this Saturday

WILSON – The annual Wilson Celebration will be this Saturday, August 24 with the day-long activities starting in the morning at 11:00 a.m.

On Main Street will be the Classic Car Show with registration at 11:00 a.m. and the show running from 12-4:00 p.m.

Also at that time and new to the Wilson Celebration will be the Amish Farmer’s Market, which will end at 5:00 p.m.

Starting at 11:00 a.m. as well will be the annual Kickball Tournament, which is a co-ed tournament with pre-registration required.

That afternoon there will be Bingo available at the Wilson Legion for those who wish to play.

Children are welcome to the celebration as there will be kids games available from 3-5:00 p.m. by the ball field  There will also be a Kiddie Pedal Pull starting at 5:00 p.m. on Main Street.

Wrapping up the day-long event will be the Boon Doggle Band at 8:00 p.m.
