Glenwood City Police July Report

Listed below are the criminal charges from the month of July filed by the Glenwood City Police Department. This individual and case has not been to court yet.

 On July 26, Michael E. Bonick was stopped on a traffic incident, which then led to a field sobriety test. In result of the sobriety test, Bonick was issued an Operating Motor Vehicle While Intoxicated, 7th offense. He was then arrested and detained on a probation hold.

Listed below are the number of traffic and ordinance violations that were charged in the month of July.

4- Exceeding zones and posted limits: 11-15 mph above limit

3-Operate Vehicle W/O Proof of Insurance

2- Operate Motor Vehicle W/O Insurance

3- Operating while suspended

2- Disorderly Conduct

2- Enforced-Pickup

2- Mandatory seat belts required for driver

2- Failure to stop/improper stop at stop sign

2- Parking on posted private property

2- Outside consumption of alcohol

1- Operating while under the influence of an intoxicant, controlled substance or any other drug

1- Operating with a PAC of.08 or more (1st violation)

1- Underage alcohol (age 17-21)

1- Operating left of center line

1- Open intoxicants or nitrous oxide in MV (Driver)

1- Unlawful U/Y Turn-Erected Sign

1- Exceeding zones and posted limits: 16-19 mph above limit

1- Discharge of Fireworks Restricted

1- Issuance of Worthless Checks

1- Operator fail to have passenger seat-belted

1-Passenger ride in vehicle W/O wearing seat belt

1- Fail/Attach Rear. Decal/Tag

1- Operation W/O required lamps lighted

1- Expired registration
