Glenhaven/Havenwood Happenings – 8-7-2013
Last week the activities included Catholic communion, church with Grace Baptist, exercises, baking club, church with United Methodist, the monthly birthday party and sing-a-long with Jane and Friends, bingo with St. John’s, gardening, and accordion music by Diane Petranovich.
This week on Sunday there was Catholic communion and popcorn and a movie. On Tuesday there was church with Trinity Lutheran with Resident Council afterwards. Also on Tuesday night the Heutmaker Band came in to entertain the residents. On Wednesday there will be bingo at 2:00 p.m. On Friday there will be Catholic Mass at 10:00 a.m. On Saturday there will be music entertainment by Dale Blanshan at 2:00 p.m. Next week on Sunday, August 11th there will be Catholic communion at 10:00 a.m. and church with Christ the King Lutheran at 3:30 p.m. On Monday, August 12th the residents will be able to go to a picnic at Doris Berends’ house at 11:30 a.m. On Tuesday, August 13th there will be church with Holy Cross at 10:30 a.m. On Wednesday, August 14th there will be bingo with Holy Cross at 2:00 p.m. On Friday, August 16th there will be entertainment by Randy Rudesill at 2:00 p.m. On Saturday, August 17th there will be music entertainment by Herb Nazer at 2:00 p.m.
